Becoming an educator to assist the most fragile, the most damaged, is the unique path chosen by the four people whom we follow throughout the documentary. For a year, from their school benches to the internships in the field, the camera takes their first steps with young autistic people, migrant minors, foster children or homeless people. Between their quest for a meaningful profession and their desire to be useful, they echo society's call to take care of others.
